So to keep it simple, your vibration is your connection to your levels of consciousness and your frequency is your connection to ourselves and the outside world. So if your vibration and frequency are low, then the world just seems denser and not easy to navigate as we tend to hold onto repeating old stories, ingrained programmes of the past or deep seated fear which holds us back.
